Krupa Koestline
Clean Cosmetic ChemistKrupa Koestline merges her background in biology, biochemistry, and biotechnology with her lifelong practice of Ayurveda to create new concepts and innovations in the clean beauty space. Starting her 10+ year career at Estée Lauder and Neutrogena, Krupa pivoted her focus to creating safer products after seeing firsthand the impact of potentially harmful ingredients used in personal care products. As an expert resource, Krupa strives to dispel myths and misinformation around clean beauty, to see through convenient marketing tactics and buzzwords, and forecast insights into the next trendy ingredient.

Boma Brown-West
Environmental Health ExpertBoma is passionate about toxic-free, sustainable products accessible to everyone everywhere. As Senior Manager of Consumer Health at Environmental Defense Fund, a leading international nonprofit organization, she works closely with product manufacturers and retailers on strategies that drive the usage of safer chemicals in consumer products. Boma has over 15 years of experience in sustainable product development and degrees in engineering and technology policy from Yale and MIT.

Mia Davis
Credo’s VP of Sustainability and ImpactThe ever-fearless Mia began her career in the environmental health movement. In 2007, she led the Campaign for Safe Cosmetics challenging conventional beauty to banish toxic chemicals from baby shampoos, skincare, and makeup formulations. Previously the Head of Environment, Health and Safety at Beautycounter, she’s now helping Credo brands and customers understand why clean ingredients matter.

Brandon Frank
Sustainable Packaging ExpertBrandon is passionate about sustainable packaging. He works closely with brands to navigate, discover, and develop eco-packaging that is unique, effective, and affordable. Brandon is President of Pacific Packaging Components (P.P.C.) a 50 year old packaging company, President of the Southern California chapter for the Institute of Packaging Professionals, serves on the Industry Advisory Council for the National Association of Container Distributors, is an active member of the Sustainable Packaging Coalition.

Amy Galper
Product Formulation ExpertAs Co-Founder of New York Institute of Aromatic Studies, Amy investigates how fragrance can alter or improve products. (It is sometimes shocking, always mind- boggling.) After becoming a Certified Aromatherapist in 2001, she grew a vibrant consultancy practice, offering her expertise in ingredient research and sourcing, product formulation, wellness event planning, USDA Certification, and more. She recently co-authored the recipes and wellness book “Plant-Powered Beauty.”
